
Started playing Tennis at 5 years old with my dad at the local courts near our home. By the time I was ten years old, I was ranked #1 for Girls, won two Tennis British Columbia Singles and Doubles Provincial Titles at Bear Mountain Clay Courts, as well as the University of British Columbia.

By the age of 14, I had played in the U12, U14, U16, and U18 National tournaments in Canada. I was blessed to be the U18 Team BC Captain at Sobeys Stadium, won a Canadian National Championship at Carrfour Multisports and won a Wilson ITF World Tennis Tour Title.

At the age of 17, I am proud to be building my WTA Professional Ranking and training at AB Tennis Academy. This year, I served as Team Captain at the University of Victoria Invitational, played the W35 Monastir Series and the PNW131 Open #WTAPro Journey.

Tennis requires a combination of strength, power, agility and endurance to perform at the highest level. Players will benefit from a more powerful serve, core stability and lower body strength for quick direction changes. Also, we offer one-to-one Training Modules.

Our certified fitness coaches will work with you one-on-one to develop personalized training plans in plyometrics, acceleration, and quick lateral movement.

Our certified health care professionals will work with you one-on-one to develop personalized plans that boost mental health, reaction timing and confidence.

Our certified personal trainers will work with you to develop fitness plans with goal setting, cardiovascular health and body weight exercises.

Our certified fitness coaches will work with you one-on-one to develop personalized training plans for athletic performance, core strength and biomechanics.

Our certified kinesiology coaches will work with you one-on-one to develop personalized injury prevention with strength, conditioning and mobility work.
